Текст объявления: JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordination of all business and financial functions and exercise financial leadership for the two Business Areas : Construction and Mining Technique (CMT) resp. Compressor Technique (CT) in Ukraine, including relevant and timely business and financial analysis, support General management in making effective business decisions and Co-ordination of new planning process.

MISSION:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the control and guidance of our company’s financial results, including forecasting and analysis, providing support to the General Director and his team on legal reporting.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To consolidated financial performance of the company and to make sure that the financial reporting and accounting matters are in according to the Company corporate policies& ukrainian statutory accounting practice through business and financial anlysis;
- Responsible for development and implementation of the reporting and forecasting processes and procedures, following requirements from the different divisions;
- Pro- active review and analysis of business trends with corresponding reports to Management;
- Planning and maintaining provisions for bad debts, warranty, provisions of the operations for inventories, cash flow management and sales activities;
- To assist the Company Management in all controlling functions of the operation in assets management incl. credit control, financial reports, system implementations and internal control; control and analysis of functional cost;
- Assets management including investments, inventories and receivables;
- To take care of the legal aspects of the business* operations, avoiding any potencial risks;
- To provide good tool and analysis to the management to support the targets for growth and profitability in different divisions;
- Give support to local accounting team in Ukraine

REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;
- Work experiance in foreign company not less 3 years (preferable in " Audit Big 4": KPMG, E&Y; Deloitte, PwC);
- Familiar with IFRS and Local statutory rules is a solid plus;
- Any previous experiance with SCALA and*or SAP software would be beneficial;
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian and English in writing and speaking;
- Advanced PC user, strong in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, deadlines and orderly work;
- Accurate and experienced in accounting and financial matters;
- Business analysis skills; analytical approach to problem solving and risk management;

- self - motivated, result oriented, able to work independently;
- good team player able to motivate and comminicate with people;
- good interpersonal and communication, organizational skills.
