Foreign agrarian company is looking for a Sales Administrator-Foreign trade activity manager with an experience in agrarian sphere. Urgent position!
Main responsibilities:
- maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
- acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- gathering market and customer information
- signing and accompanying the contracts, control executions
- representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- recording sales
- reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
- reporting to senior manager – daily, weekly, monthly
- plan, organize, and execute logistics support activities
- reviewing subcontractor’s proposals
- explain proposed solutions to customers, management, or other interested parties through written proposals and oral presentations
- report project plans, progress, and results
- collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements, to take advantage of sales opportunities or, in the case of shortages, to minimize negative impacts on a business.
Key competencies (knowledge, skills and abilities)
Languages:
Russian*Ukrainian
English – fluent at the advanced level
French - elementary
Computer skills: Windows XP Professional, MS Office, the Internet.
Knowledge of basic rules of sales, of concluding the contracts, of , foreign economic relationships, legislative documentation.
Talented problem solver, intuitive skills leadership and motivating people, persistent, energetic, flexible and may work extra hours if necessary.
Education and training qualification
Higher economic education (management, marketing, logistics, foreign economic relationships).
Extensive experience (more than 5 years) in the field of sales, foreign economic relationship and logistics.
Salary level is 10 000-12 000 UAH + compensation package.
